Crafting Your Custom Dream Home
Designed to ensure that you get exactly what you want, within your budget and timeline.
1. Dream & Discover: Initial Consultation
The first step is to schedule an initial consultation with one of our experienced professionals to discuss your renovation needs and goals. During the consultation, you'll have the opportunity to share your vision and expectations for the project, as well as the budget you have allocated for the renovation. Our team will conduct a site visit to assess the space and provide feedback on what can be done within your budget.
New Generation Custom Homes will create a detailed project plan that includes all the necessary permits, inspections, and approvals needed for the project.
2. Design and Planning Phase
After the site visit, our team will begin the design and planning phase. We will create a detailed plan and layout of the renovation project, including materials to be used, design choices, and any necessary permits required. During this phase, we will work closely with you to ensure that the design meets your needs and expectations.
3. Plan & Budget: Crafting Your Blueprint
Once the design and planning phase is complete, we will provide you with a detailed proposal and budget for the renovation project. The proposal will include all costs associated with the renovation, including materials, labor, permits, and any other necessary expenses.
4. Contract and Scheduling
If you accept the proposal, we will draw up a contract detailing the scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule. We will work with you to schedule the renovation work at a time that is convenient for you.
5. Welcome Home: Construction and Project Completion
The final step is the construction phase, where the renovation work begins. Our team will work diligently to complete the project on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Once the renovation work is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that everything meets your expectations and that you are satisfied with the work.
